InstantPQ ® was created and is owned by Alex Baglioni. Alex has sold real estate since 1997.

With just three years doing real estate sales, having discovered InstantPQ ® Speed, and by the year 2002 he had become the #6 RE/MAX agent in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Receiving multiple awards virtually every year, he attained the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2009.

He created the Multiple Payment Calculator in 2010, and that year he became the #1 RE/MAX agent in Florida based off closed sales (officially July 2010). In 2012 he was also the #1 RE/MAX agent in Broward County and also received the Highest Average Transaction per Associate in Florida. He was recognized by Real Trends as America's Best Real Estate Agent for Florida in 2013, and again the #1 RE/MAX agent in Florida based on closed sales in 2014. He created the Automatic Prequalification System in 2014, and often took out a large number of his clients without getting them pre-qualified. The same year he created the Automatic Cash to Close and the No Rush Destroyer. He has also received the RE/MAX Chairman Award (over $500,000.00 in paid commissions in a single year) during multiple years.

He branched off RE/MAX in 2015 and created his own brand Baglioni Real Estate (T) in 2016. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, was a Licensed Title Agent and is the owner and broker of Baglioni Real Estate, the owner of Bluecastle Lending LLC and the owner of InstantPQ ®

He started professionally developing InstantPQ ® March 2015, The tools provided in InstantPQ ® are the tools he used to achieve his success while mainly working with buyers, and they are the same tools provided to you.
